Our company 3.0 enterprise strategy - To building inner character in the 2 practices of brightening & Purifying Heart.
 
What is building inner character: Removing misunderstanding and Greed
Unknown: not understanding & evidence life truth caused by bias knowledge , wrong idea ,
Greed: excessive desire for oneself or society.
 
The more misunderstanding and greed are removed more, the higher inner character.
The more develop treasure of the heart, the more govern of actions.
Purifying heart from deep heart what you are thinking.
 
After study, General Manager Mr SUN said: Forlight Should keep technical innovation, providing clients with the most professional, the latest technology and the most valuable constructive solutions,  become the leader of LED Mesh Facade Manufacturer.


 


Below are some summaries from some of staffs after their studies.
 
1. Mr Sun, The director of research and development,
He was stuck on technology research bottleneck in last 1-2 years , can not get grown,.Because some new product led facade lighting developed and client feedback the price is too high to afford it although the appearance is gorgeous, or some function client’s won’t use it.
After learning how to building inner character, and he has introspected a lots questions .
What kind of product do client really demand,  How to design product and save cost to assist client enable to afford it and use LED Mesh Facade or LED Facade Lighting.
Based on such heart of benefit clients, Final in 2018 year we have developed very hot sell New LED Flexible mesh and sold to all of the world.

This New LED Flexible Mesh screen has high performance & very stable, quickly installation advantage, etc.




2. Mr Zhang ,Director of the purchasing department .
We have been strictly control the raw materials of LED Mesh screen , because the cost of raw materials > 50% of whole production cost,
All materials supplier should be inspected by purchasing department & finance department, we have price document of suppliers & price evaluation index which including quality,price,service,technical team and flexible ability.etc.
A good supplier can fully support us and provide good solutions to assist us, also cost saving. Etc.
 
3. PMC department manager zhao said that more deeply realize should strictly execute company rules after learning to build inner character.
3.1) Production schedule -- every order is strictly make production schedule, including the preparing time of raw material, the production time schedule divided into daily production ability.
3.2) Raw material quality control -- raw material quality control (LED Chip,IC,Silica Gel, Electronic components) -- every raw material inspection shall be strictly conducted by the quality inspection department & finance department before purchasing
3.3) Quality of production products
In the production process, the staffs are well trained to know how LED Mesh Screen to apply to project product before production, think about may there are some faults when flexible led mesh screen working.so clearly know pay more attention to this production process , ensure 100% perfect working. 
The quality inspection department will check every process after staffs finished each production process, this is highly increased quality guarantee for final products.
 
3.4) Product aging test
The half-finished led flexible mesh screen aging test period of finished products is 1-2 days . If there is no problem, the products will be poured glue,
There are 2-3 days aging test again after finished products production, then production department notified for delivery.
 
3. After-sales service
Before the shipment we will take a lots of detailed installation & connection photo and make to be PPT or PDF file send to client, show how to operate control system & connection flexible led media facade.
If there still are some questions after  products arrived project site here our professional engineer will remote to assist client to operate control system and guild installation items.
Or here we can send engineer to project site assist client,until problems solved.
 
Through this study of How to building our inner character, we are deeper understanding how to perceiving our client with our sincere heart, to understanding the questions LED Mesh Screen what client concerned with our heart, to solve problems what client worried about with our heart, to assist & benefit client to achieve our 3.0 enterprise strategy.
